Prompt: Body integration. This year, when did you feel the most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn't mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?

I think I've crashlanded on the wrong planet. I've had 11 hours to ponder it, and I still don't have the faintest clue what the heck 'body integration' is supposed to mean or how to respond to this prompt with anything more intelligent than a totally baffled "Huh, WTF?"

I naively believed people whose minds live a totally separate and independent life to their bodies only existed in scifi and gothic novels.
